Howard M. Sandler, M.D.

Dr. Howard Sandler graduated from the University of Connecticut Medical School in 1985 and received his radiation oncology training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He has been on the staff at The University of Michigan since 1989 and currently serves as the associate chair of radiation oncology. Dr. Sandler has particular expertise in prostate cancer and is the principal investigator of a national protocol studying chemotherapy and radiotherapy for prostate cancer. He is the author of more than 100 peer-reviewed publications.
